The Rigotz Stories team is made up of experts in TV seriality, including story editors and marketing executives from successful productions, as well as professionals from adult and children’s publishing and the world of new digital media. We select and develop original projects, also offering specialized consultancy in scouting and coordinating writers’ rooms for both film and publishing.
Silvia Rigotto
CEO – Agent – Executive Producer
After gaining experience in the editorial and digital area of Disney Italy, she began a long-standing collaboration with Rai Ragazzi and major international production studios. She coordinated the sets of films produced by ODU Movies in collaboration with Bollywood and prestigious Chinese studios, developing strong connections within the Asian market. At Rigotz Stories, she oversees the professional growth of screenwriters and provides scouting and writing coordination services for animation, collaborating over the years with Movimenti, Enanimation, Red Monk, Minerva Pictures, Maga Animation Studio, Lynx, and Rainbow. Thanks to her extensive experience in the animation sector and the international market, she works as Executive Producer of international animated series with T-Rex Digimation, MondoTv, and Eagle Original Content. In academia, she teaches writing for animation at IED, Università Cattolica (in the MISP – Master in Screenwriting and Production for Fiction and Cinema), NABA, and ANICA Academy, contributing to the training of the next generation of industry professionals.
Andrea Marchetti
Development Executive – Story Editor – Author & Screenwriter
Born in Milan, he studied screenwriting at ALMED – Università Cattolica and attended filmmaking seminars at the School of Visual Arts in New York. From 2011 to 2016, he worked at Mediaset, first in the Cinema Department at Italia1 and later in the Content Division, gaining extensive knowledge of the film and TV industry from both editorial and programming perspectives, as well as in relation to the market landscape.
He made his debut as a screenwriter with the thriller web series Sanguigna (2014), awarded at the Roma Web Fest and the Rome Web Awards in 2015. He later focused on kids’ TV series and animated films, collaborating with studios such as Movimenti, Minerva, Enanimation, MondoTv, and Colorado Film.
In 2019, he co-wrote the animated feature film Francesco, produced by Enanimation for Raiuno. Between 2021 and 2022, he served as head writer of the action-animated series Letrabots (MondoTv), and in the following year joined the international writers’ room of the teen series Gormiti – The New Era, produced by Rainbow CGI and Colorado Film.
He also teaches screenwriting in the Master in International Screenwriting and Production at Università Cattolica, as well as in the BA programs in Cinema and Animation at NABA Milan.

Greta Amadeo
Publishing Coordinator – Story Editor – Author & Screenwriter
Screenwriter, author, and story editor specialized in children’s and young adult content, she is head of the publishing development area at Rigotz Stories. She studied screenwriting for fiction and animation, as well as narrative writing, at the Bottega Finzioni Foundation, where she currently also serves as a teaching tutor for the course“Autore di produzioni audiovisive e multimediali per bambini e ragazzi”. She further expanded her training in the production field through ANICA, attending the course “Direttore di Produzione per l’animazione”.
